"Cats can feel you too," A proof that cats emotion are just like what HUMANS feel

Every living thing has its own feelings. Even the trees, the birds, wild animals like tigers and lions, they can feel happiness and anger. Especially those domestic animals, like cats.

We know that cats can be very moody sometimes. Some of them avoids being in contact with many people, while others loves to be cuddled and loved. Simple gestures of cats like rubbing their chin on your leg, purring, and meowing can be a proof that they can express what they feel. It can be easy for non-cat owners to assume that cats don't experience the same emotions we do; after all, they don't seem to show them like we do. But that poker face is perfectly normal feline behavior, say Dr. John Bradshaw, an Anthrozoologist and creator of BBC Two's The Secret Life of the Cat. 'Your cat might not think and feel like a human, but she does have real and complex emotions that motive much of her behavior', explains Vicky.

And as for the cat owners, we always notice our cats being curious about something, that's why a phrase called "curiosity kills the cat" was formulated. They are always exploring and looking for answers just like how it relates to their instinct.

We believe that only humans have deep emotions like love. And it is natural to express it to other humans because we knew that they can understand our emotions and what we feel. But as you analyze and look closely to your cats daily actions, you'll eventually find a proof that your cat has emotions and can understand what you feel. I've been living with my cats since the day I was born, currently, I have 7 cats at home. Of course, each of them has their own attitude just like humans. One time, I was having a mental breakdown because one of my kitten died. All of them went inside my room while door is open, and as they entered, one of them jumped to my lap at reached my face with his nose. I felt like they are mourning with me cause I can hear their heavy purrs. It was like he was wiping my tears away, and with it, I realize that they are not just a pet. They can serve as your comforter and your home where you can be loved, just like how you treat them.

Cats form a strong attachment to their fur parents. At times when the owner needs to leave, you can see that they create or show signs of distress. They refuse to eat, they can be very loud, and if their owner dies, even if they are strong and healthy, some of them dies because of broken heart.

They are always selfless. Cats are always concerned for other especially if it's the person they created memories with. I remembered the time being in a suicidal state, it was my birthday last February. I was in the verge of cutting my wrist using knife when suddenly, one of my cats who always eat in the midnight meowed. My eyes were full of tears that time, but I read his facial expression saying, "What the hell are you crying for? Give me some food!" The other cats were like scared of what I can do in the next minute. Their eyes are full of emotions, as if it was my last night with them. My cats saved me from my anxiety and loneliness, proving that cats can feel emotions.

Cats are domestic animals who loves to be cuddled and loved. They can understand you, but not all the time because cats are just like humans. They get irritated, pissed, they feel anger. Even so, at the end of the day, cats would always welcome you home.
